We want you to be completely satisfied with your PENN&INK N.Y purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
